Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Secure Agent Platform (SAP) website & deployment system. We provide this service strictly to enterprise customers and organizations. By subscribing, downloading, running a deployment command, or accessing our platform, you explicitly agree to these Service terms and conditions.

You must be a legally recognized entity (or authorized representative) entering into a business-to-business (B2B) agreement. Consumer-level or personal use is not supported and violates our Terms.

2. Software Licensing & Intellectual Property

SAP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable internal license to access, test, and deploy the Secure Agent Platform within your own infrastructure (specifically inside the designated Virtual Private Cloud and associated IAM roles) using the `sap-cli` tools.

• Reverse engineering or tampering with the Control Plane algorithms is prohibited.
• You may not sublicense the autonomous agents routing without an enterprise OEM API agreement.

3. Zero Data-Exfiltration Guarantees

Our architectural design ensures that no prompt contents, vector database inferences, or generative artifacts are transmitted to SAP servers. However, you are entirely responsible for the security perimeter and proper IAM/RBAC configuration of the VPC in which our deployment payload runs.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Secure Agent Platform be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from AI hallucinations, poor prompt adherence, latency, configuration errors, or failure to comply with local governmental regulations regarding autonomous systems.
